• Processing the order can take up to two working days, and shipping can take up to ten working days, depending on the quality of the information given.
• Order fulfilment can take longer during selling periods or promotions.
• If you put an order on a Saturday, Sunday, weekend, and/or Gazetted Holiday it will be accepted the next business day.
• Call Courier Service/BlueEx Courier Service can be used to deliver orders. When the order is dispatched, the customer will be sent an order tracking number that they will use to monitor their order.
• If you get an SMS for delivery, have cash on hand because the rider might not have change, causing the order to be delayed.
• The order will be delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Customer will be responsible for the swap shipping costs
• Customer will not be able to open the package before payment is received unless otherwise ordered
• We welcome payment by credit card and cash on delivery.
• Our distribution service is completely “free” in Pakistan. (On Orders of Rs.2000 or More)

DELIVERY PRACTICES

Reception of the Products

• In the case of Cash on Delivery, locked goods or shipments cannot be opened before the Delivery Agent has been paid. If the seal is broken, the Delivery Agent will not return the package.
• If you later discover that the product you purchased has a defect, you can request a refund by calling +92. 335 4114321 or emailing info@athlonstore.pk.
• Please bear in mind that the item’s condition must comply with our website’s Returns Policy.

SECURITY

Only a private address may receive an order (e.g. home, work address). Please be aware that we are unable to send any orders to public areas, sidewalks, cafes, or restaurants. If you pay with a credit/debit card, the person delivering the order at the delivery address must show our delivery agent his or her CNIC.
